Birth Support

Birth is sacred. Your birth experience will echo for a lifetime.

You deserve to birth in an environment where your choices are honored and your autonomy is protected. Whether you're planning a home birth or want hands-on, intuitive support through labor, you’re seeking a birth team who can hold space for intensity and guide with calm. You want to feel seen and safe in the rawness of it all—someone to trust your process, to meet you where you are, and to support your strength without trying to control it.

How we work with you.
  • On-call midwifery care 24/7 from 37 weeks through labor and birth

  • Attentive in-home support throughout labor and immediate postpartum

  • Monitoring of you and baby’s well-being with minimal interference

  • Use of natural comfort measures, birth tub, movement, and intuition

  • Gentle guidance that empowers rather than directs

  • Emotional and physical support that centers your voice and experience

Postpartum Healing

The early postpartum weeks are sacred — and often overlooked.

You might be sleep-deprived, unsure about breastfeeding, or overwhelmed by hormonal shifts. Maybe you want to process your birth, ask questions, or simply be reassured that you’re doing okay. You need a care team that stays—who keeps showing up, even after the birth story ends.

How we work with you.
  • A home visit in the first 24–48 hours to check baby’s feeding, your vitals, and bonding

  • A second home visit around 3–5 days if needed, including newborn screenings

  • Office visits at 2 weeks, 4 weeks (optional), and 6 weeks postpartum

  • Breastfeeding guidance and weight checks for baby

  • Birth debriefing and emotional support

  • Screening for postpartum mood disorders and mental health check-ins

  • Guidance on healing, rest, pelvic floor care, and family planning

  • Continued support—just call us if you need an extra visit or more help

Twin Pregnancy

A twin pregnancy can be profoundly empowering, sacred, and even peaceful.

You may be looking for a provider who doesn’t automatically assume a hospital birth or cesarean section. You want someone who respects your body’s capabilities, helps you monitor both babies holistically, and supports your vision—whether that’s a home birth, birth center, or simply a grounded and informed path forward. We're here to provide presence, clarity, and calm.

How we work with you.
  • Extended prenatal visits to deeply explore your pregnancy experience, concerns, and preferences

  • Regular monitoring of both babies’ positions, growth, and well-being

  • Individualized nutrition counseling to support increased needs for protein, iron, and minerals

  • Emotional support as you navigate planning for two, body changes, and decision-making

  • Collaboration with additional providers (maternal-fetal medicine, chiropractic, bodywork) if needed

  • Birth planning that includes your vision, safety considerations, and space for flexibility

  • Attendance of experienced midwives and additional support team during labor and birth

  • Comprehensive postpartum care to help with tandem nursing, newborn support, and recovery

Breech Position

Breech positioning is an invitation to pause, gather information, and find clarity.

You deserve a provider who listens, educates, and partners with you—not someone who reacts with fear or defaults to protocol. You may want to explore natural positioning techniques, discuss external cephalic version (ECV), or an alternate holistic approach—whatever you choose, you want to feel fully informed, supported, and centered in your own decisions.

How we work with you.
  • Longer prenatal appointments focused on understanding your values, goals, and emotional needs surrounding breech birth

  • Regular positional assessments—hands-on or via ultrasound—to track fetal orientation

  • Education in evidence‑based techniques to encourage optimal fetal positioning (Swiss ball work, moxibustion, gentle inversions)

  • Referral connections to skilled bodyworkers, chiropractors, or acupuncturists for pelvic alignment and balance

  • Thorough conversation about all options—vaginal breech, ECV, scheduled cesarean—with clear pros, cons, and informed consent

  • Supportive, flexible birth planning that responds to your evolving needs

  • Attentive, calm support during labor, honoring your body’s rhythm and adapting as needed

  • Post‑birth guidance focused on recovery, bonding, and adapting to your chosen birth path

Breastfeeding Support

Breastfeeding is natural — but that doesn't mean it's always easy.

You may be unsure if baby is getting enough milk. You might be navigating latch pain, oversupply, low milk production, or conflicting advice. Maybe you just want someone calm and kind to walk you through the fog. You want to feel empowered, not pressured—and supported, no matter what your journey looks like.

How we work with you.
  • In-person or home visits to assess latch, positioning, and feeding rhythm

  • Gentle infant oral assessments to check for ties or tension

  • Evaluation of milk supply concerns—both over and under supply

  • Support through nipple pain, engorgement, mastitis prevention, and more

  • Individualized plans for pumping, weaning, or combination feeding

  • Nutritional recommendations to support milk production and energy levels

  • Ongoing emotional support and check-ins—because your well-being matters, too

  • Referrals to lactation consultants, bodyworkers, or pediatric specialists if needed
